I have written a green book: The Dynamic Great Lakes. I wrote it to give people an understanding of how the ecology of the Great Lakes works and how they can make a difference through the democratic process.

Hi Barbara,

I took a trip out to Oakville a few years ago. Being from BC, where we can still splash and swim in just about any body of water, it shocked me how Lake Ontario was basically off limits, even if the water's pretty cold.
